You are not imagining it
Hormone shifts can show up in ways that are easy to dismiss: sleep that falls apart at 3 a.m., hot flashes in the middle of a meeting, moods that feel unfamiliar, weight that settles in new places, or a general sense that your body is no longer cooperating. These symptoms are often brushed off as stress. At Haus of Wellness, we start by taking those symptoms seriously.
Comprehensive women's hormone panels
Your plan begins with a consultation and lab work. Our women's hormone panels look at the pathways that most often drive symptoms, including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid markers. Our nurse practitioner reviews your results alongside your history and symptoms, because numbers alone rarely tell the whole story. You will leave knowing what your labs show and what we recommend next.
Perimenopause and menopause care
Perimenopause can begin years before periods stop, and symptoms can change from month to month. Menopause brings its own set of questions. Our approach is to match care to the stage you are in. For some women, that means bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, often called BHRT, to replace hormones that have declined. For others it may mean progesterone support for sleep, or a more gradual plan while we watch how symptoms evolve. Treatment is only prescribed when your evaluation shows it is clinically appropriate.
Thyroid support
Thyroid function affects energy, temperature, weight, hair, and mood, and it often overlaps with sex hormone symptoms. When your labs and symptoms point to the thyroid, we include thyroid support as part of your plan and continue to monitor it over time.
Women's options and men's TRT under one roof
Haus of Wellness provides hormone care for both women and men. Our women's plans can address one hormone pathway or several, depending on what your labs show. For men, we offer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with a labs-first approach and ongoing monitoring. Having both available through one team in Bartonville can make it simpler to coordinate care.
HRT membership and ongoing monitoring
Hormone therapy is not set and forget. Our HRT memberships include regular nurse practitioner visits, periodic labs, and progress checks so your plan can be adjusted as your body responds. Medications are shipped to your home when prescribed. Women can choose a plan that supports one, two, three, or all four pathways, and your provider will recommend which level makes sense after reviewing your results.
Every body responds differently, and results vary. Timelines differ, and some plans need several adjustments. We will stay with you through that process and keep the conversation honest.
Lifestyle factors we look at alongside hormones
Hormones influence sleep, stress, and weight, and those factors push back on hormones in return. During your visits, our nurse practitioner will ask about sleep quality, alcohol, caffeine, exercise, and how much stress you are carrying. Small changes, such as a steadier sleep schedule or adjusting the timing of workouts, can make hormone therapy work better and help you understand which changes come from treatment. We would rather build a plan you can sustain than chase every symptom with another prescription.
